Telesales Executive

Godalming, Surrey

Reporting to:  Marketing Manager and Commercial Director

This role is available on both a full time and part time basis.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to build relationships with our existing client base and work up a pipeline of business to transfer into our Account Management team.

As well as strong communication skills, you’ll need to be positive, hardworking and enjoy developing rapport with clients and prospects. Ideal candidates will need a good track record in the finance industry, although applicants with transferable skills in telesales, external sales or financial services will also be considered.

The role will primarily involve working with customers who we’ve already done business with, and you’ll be expected to make around 80-100 calls daily to establish good working relationships with our client base. Cold calling is also key to the role: we have a database of over 20,000 contacts ready and waiting to help you source new business opportunities.

The role comes with many exciting prospects, including the chance to lead a growing team of Telesales Executives or to join our growing Broking Team.

Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft Excel and experience with using Customer Data Bases.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and sales teams.
  • Experience of financial accounts is desirable to put together successful credit proposals to underwriters on behalf of clients.
  • Experience in telesales / external sales in financial services.

Reseller Account Managers

Godalming, Surrey

Due to recent business expansion, we are seeking experienced account managers to manage our existing Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Partner relationships, as well as identify and develop new ones.

If you have a talent for working closely with partners to maximise opportunities for both their business and ours, and have experience in communicating and educating prospective customers on the value of asset finance, this could be the role for you.

The position requires all the attributes of an excellent account manager coupled with either a detailed understanding of, or a real willingness to learn about, asset finance in all its variations. A proven track record within the asset finance industry is preferred, although training and guidance will be provided.

Asset Finance Broker

Godalming, Surrey

We are looking for an Asset Finance Broker Account Manager to build relationships and offer asset finance solutions to our existing client base. To succeed, you’ll need an across-the-board knowledge of broker asset finance in its many forms, including Finance Lease, Hire Purchase and other solutions, so as to add real value to our clients’ businesses.

As well as strong communication skills, you’ll need to be positive, hard working and enjoy developing rapport with clients and prospects. Ideal candidates will need a good track record in the asset finance industry, although applicants with transferable skills in telesales, external sales or financial services will also be considered. Experience of financial accounts is essential to put together successful credit proposals to underwriters on behalf of clients.
