Delivering flexible finance for a hotel upgrade
London’s InterContinental Hotel Park Lane approached Quadriga, a leading guest technology solutions provider, to supply TV screens as part of an upgrade of its 400+ rooms and public areas.
A key business partner of Reality Finance, Quadriga came to us when the client requested a finance quote. During discussions, we identified that the legal entity for the hotel was non-UK domicile, which made finance more complex.
Despite the issues surrounding the non-UK status, we used our experience and contacts to secure a £249,000 finance deal with one of the hotel’s specialist lenders.
