Meet Nathan Barnes – Head of Reality Advance

We're delighted to introduce Nathan Barnes, who has joined Reality to head up Reality Advance, our dedicated working capital and invoice funding division.
Bringing extensive experience in corporate banking, invoice funding and working capital solutions, including his time with Investec, Nathan's appointment marks an exciting step in Reality's continued growth and our commitment to offering businesses a broader range of funding solutions.
A Wealth of Experience in Business Funding
Nathan has extensive experience helping businesses access the funding they need to manage cash flow, support investment and achieve their growth ambitions.
His expertise spans invoice funding, working capital and corporate banking, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges businesses face, from managing day-to-day cash flow to securing funding for larger growth opportunities.
Working with businesses across the UK and Ireland, Nathan brings valuable knowledge and experience to the Reality team, complementing our established expertise in asset funding.
